  1. Before installing the control, you should have at least 
  2. VB5 SP3 runtime modules installed. Without them, installation
  3. program will fail to register ActiveX control.

  5. After installing, the control will be placed in your 
  6. Windows\System directory, and demo program and docs will
  7. be placed in your Program Files directory.
